Madison aldermen unanimously adopt revised FY2024 budget and approve FY2025 proposal

MADISON, Miss. — At a special called meeting on Sept. 11, 2024, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Madison met in the conference room at Madison City Hall and unanimously adopted a revised Fiscal Year 2024 budget and approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2025 budget.
Mayor Hawkins Butler called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. The City Clerk and Director of Finance and Administration, Susan B. Crandall, presented documentation for the revised FY2024 budget and the proposed FY2025 budget; the materials were noted in the minutes as Exhibit C.
