Menomonie council approves permits, licenses and claims; temporary beer permits, food vendor license and event permits cleared

The council approved a set of consent and licensing items on July 6, including special event permits, a mobile food vendor license and claims.
Motions carried unanimously to approve the Menomonie Pickleball Club's King & Queen of the Court tournaments at Wakanda Park on July 30, Aug. 13 and Aug. 20; St. Joseph Catholic Parish's Fall Festival on Wilson Avenue on Sept. 20; and the bEAT Concert sponsored by Stepping Stones of Dunn County in Wilson Park on July 18. The council also approved a temporary Class B beer license for St. Joseph Parish and for Stepping Stones for their respective events.
A mobile food vendor license was approved for Dirty Soda Company, LLC. The council approved claims listed in the minutes totaling $21,605.15 (including amounts to Caselle LLC and EO Johnson Company) and recorded parking utility claims totaling $0. License renewals for the 2026–2027 year were also approved.
These items were handled on the consent/communications portion of the agenda and recorded as carried unanimously; no additional conditions or amendments were noted in the meeting minutes.
