Among the licenses approved or renewed were a new Retail Liquor by Drink and Sunday by Drink license for Michael McManus doing business as Joey B's Lake St. Louis and renewals or new licenses for ELV8 Golf, The Post Sports Bar & Grill, Schnuck Markets, Hucks #391, Fastlane #46, Asabi Bistro, National Equestrian Center, Village Café and Fuego Tex Mex LLC (formerly Fusion Bites, LLC dba Prados). The meeting minutes list the full set of license actions as part of the Consent Agenda.
Later in the meeting, the Board reviewed a records-fee waiver request submitted June 10, 2026, by Chad Beintker to the Police Department records clerk, Kristine Westhoff. The Board unanimously denied the fee waiver request. The board also noted the July 6, 2026 Board of Aldermen meeting is canceled.
Motions on the minutes and the Consent Agenda were made by Alderman Hinkle and seconded by Alderman Behr and recorded as passing unanimously. The meeting recessed to an executive session later in the agenda and reconvened before adjournment.
