Green Township Land Use Board approves routine business, notes zoning report timeline

At its Nov. 13 meeting the Green Township Land Use Board excused absent members, approved Sept. 11 minutes with corrections, opened and closed public comment with no speakers, and noted the Annual Zoning Report will likely be ready in February.
The Green Township Land Use Board handled routine administrative business at its Nov. 13, 2025 regular meeting and adjourned after about 10 minutes.
During roll call the board recorded present members and a motion by Rick Wilson to excuse absent members was seconded by Kate Douglass and carried by voice vote. The board approved the Sept. 11, 2025 minutes with corrections on a motion by Rick Wilson, seconded by Kate Douglass; the minutes record the motion carried with no abstentions.
Chairman Scott Holzhauer opened and immediately closed the public comment portion of the meeting; no public comments were recorded in the Nov. 13 minutes. Board Attorney David Brady said the board’s Annual Zoning Report will most likely be ready in February and no new substantive applications were presented.
Rick Wilson moved to adjourn; Sharon Mullen seconded. The meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m. by unanimous voice vote.
