Green Township rejects low bid, awards $40,421 fence contract to Giacorp

The resolution cites N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4a and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 in support of the rejection and awards the contract to Giacorp Contracting as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
Michael Rose moved to adopt the resolution and Margaret “Peg” Phillips seconded. The roll-call vote recorded Phillips, Rose and Mayor Virginia “Ginnie” Raffay voting aye; James DeYoung and Bader Qarmout were absent. The resolution includes certification by the township clerk and the chief financial officer that funds were provided (Account: 22-380-56).
