- Opioid settlement funds — Hope House: Jessica from Hope House requested $3,000 from the city’s opioid litigation fund to furnish a new recovery house. "It's covering 4 beds, 4 mattresses, 4 dressers, and living room furniture for the new house," she said. Council approved the expenditure; staff said Jessica will provide an invoice and application paperwork to complete processing.
- Surplus property: Council declared several old office items (a LaserJet printer, OfficeJet printer, Microsoft Surface tablet, Celeron laptop, MacBook Pro and Lenovo All-in-One PC) surplus; the city’s IT staff will perform Department of Defense wipes and staff will record donations if items go to nonprofits.
- Executive session: Council voted to go into executive session at 7:43 p.m. to discuss personnel management and contractual services related to waterfront economic enhancement grant projects.
