Ravenswood council approves multiple draws and reimbursements for municipal water and wastewater projects

The council approved a set of reimbursement and payment requests, including a line-item reimbursement of $8,200 for fencing around the Silver Hills Tank and a MOVRC invoice for $474.50. A Thrasher invoice for Jan.–Feb. work totaling $16,250 was also approved. Larger project draws were approved with funding sources identified in the minutes: EEGF was used for a principal draw of $179,689.36 and ARPA funds for $30,539.81 on a listed invoice.
Councilors moved and approved the payment authorizations as part of the regular project accounting process. The minutes do not show detailed project schedules or completion dates beyond staff statements that Pro Contracting is nearing completion on Phase 2A.
Next steps: staff will continue coordination with AEP to energize service, finalize contractor closeouts and present any remaining binding-commitment requests for Phase 1 and Phase 2B to Council for approval.
