The Tecumseh City Council approved its consent agenda at a brief Nov. 17, 2025 meeting, voting to accept the Nov. 3 meeting minutes and to pay city bills totaling $30,957.80.
Council Member Lorie Topp moved to approve the consent agenda; Council Member Alicia Brommer seconded. The minutes list payments to vendors including Black Hills Energy, Community Insurance Group Inc., League of Nebraska Municipalities, Ray J Sanitation and others that together total $30,957.80. The motion carried with the minutes recording the following as voting "Aye": Lance Beethe, Brian Britt, Alicia Brommer, Travis Goracke, Tyler Speckmann and Lorie Topp. No "Nay" votes or abstentions are recorded.
The minutes also record roll call earlier in the meeting showing Council Member Lance Beethe as absent.
