Becky Soerens asked about the program timeline; Fuller reiterated the July start and May application deadline. John Rassel recommended that projects be shovel-ready before seeking Beautification Committee approval. Mrs. Soerens asked whether grants would be for exterior improvements only; Fuller said the program could have two separate tracks for interior and exterior work, and Karen Schmitz said she favored that flexibility for new businesses.
