Hoehne R‑3 board approves $1.36 million GMP for Nunn Construction after initial tie

The Hoehne Reorganized School District No. 3 Board of Education approved a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) amendment with Nunn Construction for a maximum price proposal of $1,360,680 following debate and a re-vote on May 20, 2026.

The board heard a presentation from Kellee Briggs, preconstruction manager, and Kimberly Linan, estimator, of Nunn Construction, who reviewed a narrative and detailed cost estimate outlining the proposed project scope and budget.
