Conservation Commission to host Tree Panel Discussion and community trail work

Ann Nesslage, representing the Bremen Conservation Commission, updated the board on upcoming community events and volunteer work. Nesslage said the BCC will host a Tree Panel Discussion on Wednesday, July 15 at 5:00 p.m., and will organize a trail work evening focused on clearing and cutting back at the Hilton O'Connor location; Brad from Coastal Rivers will participate in the work party.
The BCC plans to staff a table handing out trail maps at Chocolate Sunday and will host a smaller-scale event with Mid Coast Conservancy on the third Wednesday in August at 5:00 p.m. to discuss easements. Nesslage's update was informational; no formal board action was recorded on the items.
