Phillipsburg council approves minutes, adds APAC payment to ordinance and removes 'City Administrator' title

Later in the meeting the council considered Ordinance No. 1055-02-26B. Councilmember Don Roberts moved, and Councilmember Kenneth Craig seconded, to approve the ordinance with the addition of APAC in the amount of $78,106.73; the motion passed with all members voting aye. Councilmember Kenneth Craig moved and Councilmember Jerry Voorhees seconded a motion to remove the term “City Administrator” from city documents and revert references to the Public Works Director; the motion passed unanimously.
