The board also adopted Resolution SR 26‑44 to hire Connor Havick as a Seasonal Roadside Operator at a starting rate of $21.00 per hour pending a pre‑employment drug test.
These personnel resolutions were part of a broader set of motions the board handled by unanimous vote. The board authorized Sheriff Kevin Ewing to hire a part‑time certified deputy and separately authorized the sheriff to advertise for additional part‑time certified deputies.
