Ione council expands authorized bank signers, approves payments and April financials

Councilor Mark Patton moved to approve the financial reports and bills; Councilor Jason Carson seconded and the motion carried unanimously (Bailey Cave, Carson, McMinn, Patton, Shoemake).
Two agenda items were tabled: the Legion Hall lease agreement (pending return of the proposed lease) and a French drain item at Second Street across from City Hall. The minutes do not record further discussion or dissent on these approvals.
