Chair Keith Peercy called the meeting to order and a roll call was taken.
The session featured a trustee engagement activity led by Ashley Gabbard and a welcome from staff member Ryan Barrow. Kristen Coffey presented an Internal Audit Spotlight; minutes state that the presentation was provided for informational purposes only. Michael Board delivered a presentation titled "Leading with Integrity," covering Open Records/Open Meetings obligations, ethics, and insurance; the minutes likewise note the presentation was informational.
