The Board noted that a contract with Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) for cleanup at NWRA 33 (Rolling Hills Loop) has been executed and that vegetation removal is underway.
District Manager Chuck Adams and District Engineer Kurt Heath said ESF is addressing the site and that Mr. Heath will inspect the area and coordinate repairs as needed. "ESF will address Scenic Hills at the east end," the District Engineer reported. Staff added an action item to track the cleanup work and related repairs.
Separately, the Board accepted the unaudited financial statements as of Feb. 28, 2025. Adams reported revenue was 94% collected with one month remaining until the payment deadline and noted that interest earned on investment accounts was not yet reflected because statements had not been received; he said he would email the Board once the interest postings are posted.
On administrative matters the Board approved corrections to the February 18, 2025 meeting minutes and adopted routine resolutions (meeting schedule and the Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement) during the session. The meeting adjourned at 2:52 p.m.
