T.P. Ordinance No. 24-50 would grant variances to Major Subdivision Standards (road frontage, depth, minimum acreage) for Corbin's Cove Subdivision (Assessment #6171184) in District 4; the introduction motion was made by Joseph Havis and seconded by Darrell Sinagra.
T.P. Ordinance No. 24-51 would amend Chapter 42 (Streets, Roads, Sidewalks and Drainage), Section 42-15 on No Truck Zones or No Engine Brake; introduction motion by Joseph Havis, seconded by Louis Joseph.
T.P. Ordinance No. 24-52 would place No Engine Brake signs on W. Fontana Road in District 4; introduction motion by Joseph Havis, seconded by John Ingraffia.
T.P. Ordinance No. 24-53 would adopt the 2025 operating budget of the Tangipahoa Parish Library Board of Control; motion to introduce by Lionell Wells and seconded by Louis Joseph.
Each introduction passed on a unanimous roll call and will return for final adoption following the scheduled public hearings on Dec. 9.
