The council also heard a Parks & Recreation Month briefing from director Yvonne Falgu, who described department staffing (73 full‑time, roughly 100 part‑time and about 125 seasonal staff at peak), program themes and outreach activities, including the department mascot 'Dilly,' social media content and staff appreciation events.
Councilmembers thanked staff for programming and expressed appreciation for the troop’s contribution.
