Council member (speaker 10) moved that the public hearings for the Mexico Beach Shopping Center Overlay District be held at the Nov. 12 and Dec. 9 regular meetings at 9 a.m.; the motion passed on roll call with all present voting yes. An audience member (Lisa Modi) asked clarifying questions about whether the change applied to every P&Z meeting; staff and the attorney clarified it was a one‑time vote for this ordinance's hearings.
