Council member highlights free AC program for seniors, and a July 23 chef showcase

Vaux also promoted a Summer Chef's Showcase farmer's market scheduled for July 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tennessee Justice Center, which will feature young chefs from the Joy Kitchen project.
