Board President Dan opened the meeting and the board moved to approve minutes from the June 16, 2026 meeting, the district financial report for July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026, and bills for June 1–30, 2026 totaling $4,902,650.41. After a motion and second, the board voted in favor.
Scott, the board’s presenter on finance items, asked the board to accept multiple gifts and corresponding budget adjustments. "We've got quite the lineup. A lot of generosity once again," Scott said, and then listed donations for student transportation and activities. Among the gifts Scott listed was an anonymous donation of $100,000 to be used toward the Plymouth Forest Montessori School, along with smaller donations earmarked for transportation to field trips and for athletics and facilities.
Dina moved to accept the gifts and the corresponding budget adjustments; the motion was seconded and approved by the board.
Separately, the board considered a memorandum of understanding for Plymouth Forest Montessori School and voted to extend the contract after Dina reported that the class is full.
The board acknowledged the donors and moved on to the remainder of the agenda.
