City planner Kendra Ellner reviewed changes to Richmond’s zoning map at the March 26 Planning Commission meeting and identified a small number of remaining edits. "After reviewing the map; there are still just a few minor changes that needed to be made," Ellner said, and commissioners indicated they were comfortable with her making those changes and preparing the map for a public hearing.
No public hearing date for the zoning map was announced at the meeting, and no formal vote was taken on the map update during the March 26 session. Staff will return the map for a public‑hearing schedule once the edits are complete.
