The committee’s discussion of the Investment Policy consumed substantial time but ended without a motion or vote on the text.
Trustee John Marchesoni provided one printed copy of the proposed Investment Policy to committee members and asked Mayor Hunt to make additional copies for distribution. Committee members raised questions and concerns about the policy language during the discussion, but the transcript records no formal amendments or decisions.
