Council discussion briefly noted an airport first‑week free policy and thanked staff for the updates to building permit classifications and the Caselle Connect timekeeper correction.
The Council’s action completes the rule‑making step to set fees under Idaho Code 63-1311; the resolution was adopted at the March 18 meeting and will be reflected in the city’s published fee schedule.
