After discussion on scope and priorities, Councilmember Wellington Butler moved to accept Jeff Hull's Paving's bid for approximately $216,228.42, specifying that $50,000 would come from special highway funds and the remainder from the Appleby Funds. Councilmember Adam Clark seconded the motion. The council voted unanimously in favor, recorded as four yes votes and zero nays (the recorded roll call lists Councilmembers Angela Evans, Adam Clark, Crystal Wade and Wellington Butler as voting yes).
