River Ridge CDD elects officers and moves to prepay Series 2022A note

On Nov. 19, 2024, the River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect officers and accepted unaudited financial statements that note the Series 2022A note will be closed and funds applied to prepay bond debt.
Mrs. Adams presented Resolution 2025-02. Terry Mountford nominated Bob Schultz for Chair, Terry Mountford for Vice Chair and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as Assistant Secretaries. On a motion by Mountford, seconded by Blumenthal, the resolution was adopted "with all in favor," according to the minutes.
At the same meeting Mrs. Adams presented the unaudited financial statements as of Oct. 31, 2024; the minutes state the Series 2022A note will be closed and funds applied to prepay bond debt. Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal asked why the Oct. 1 annual insurance payment did not appear in the check register; Mrs. Adams said she would investigate and report back to Mr. Blumenthal.
The board approved the resolution and the financial report items as part of routine district business. The district scheduled its next regular meeting for Dec. 10, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
