Staff said materials (brick, siding, shingles) remain complementary and that the outbuilding would remain subordinate in size and character to the main house; staff recommended approval.
Homeowner Lindsay Lyons described the specific changes: three slightly larger windows (over a vanity, shower and kitchen sink), removal of a window for laundry layout, and minor door and ceiling-height adjustments. Staff and commissioners had no objections and noted the changes were consistent with the previously approved design.
A motion to approve the revised COA carried by voice vote. Staff will document the approval and proceed with the standard permitting steps.
