Mayor Ariel Goodwin requested the council consider waiving privilege for an email from Chad Jacobs dated Jan. 15, 2025 concerning a revised draft agenda.
Councilor James Fage moved to waive privilege; Councilor Mandy Hagedorn seconded. The motion passed with Councilors Michele McCall-Wallace, Trista Papen, James Fage, Mandy Hagedorn, Aaron Dumbrow and Mayor Goodwin voting aye. Councilor Katie Reding abstained, citing that the matter related to her case.
