The chair and other commissioners discussed that staff's packet included a site calculation of roughly 21.2% and that the original minutes did not include the UDC citation.
The amendment is a clerical change to the minutes to ensure the record reflects the commissioner's reference to the UDC standard; no formal project decision or change to the development approval was recorded as part of the amendment.
