Wood was named Town Marshall and Street Commissioner and Water Commissioner at $75.00 per month (bond $1,000); Hans Smith was appointed Town Treasurer, Town Clerk and Water Collector at $200 per year with specified bonds.
The council approved bonds for the clerk‑treasurer, designated the Culbertson State Bank as official depository, and granted W.F. Wood two weeks' vacation with pay. The minutes show a sequence of actions on the town health officer: a motion in June to suspend Dr. C.J. Munch for economy, an initial Sept. record regarding appointment at $5/month, and a later Nov. 9 motion rescinding prior language and appointing Dr. Munch to begin Nov. 1 at $10.00 per month. On Nov. 9 the treasurer was also instructed to pay a matured $2,000 water‑works bond and $830 interest.
