Warren County supervisors approve repair contract, ratify PSAP grant to add dispatch staff

Warren County supervisors approved a blanket repair-and-service agreement with Cummins Wagner Holdings to cover septic pump grinder and lift-station maintenance, and they ratified a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) grant award that will add two dispatch positions, the board said at a regular meeting.

The agreement with Cummins Wagner Holdings was presented as a standing contract to avoid returning to the board for routine repairs. A staff member said the arrangement will let the county issue purchase orders for recurring service calls rather than seeking board approval for each repair. "So this is a blanket resolution for repair and service that'll go out so we don't have to keep coming back here," the staff member said.
