The Killdeer City Commission on March 2 approved three separate purchase agreements for properties within the city.
Commissioner Cindy Hanson moved to approve a $600,000 purchase agreement with Lone Wolfe Properties for Lots 2–5 in Block 21 of the HWBL Addition; the motion carried on a unanimous roll-call vote. Commissioner Fenstermaker moved to approve a $250,000 agreement with Terry and Barbara Hinrichs for Units 2 and 3 of the Killdeer Roundup mall condominium (Lots 2–3, 13–15, Block 31); that motion also passed unanimously. Commissioner Greg Nordsven moved to approve a $100,000 purchase agreement with Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing for Units 5 and 6 and part of 7 in the Killdeer Mall (Lots 6–7, 13–15, part of Lot 16, Block 31); that motion passed unanimously.
The minutes record "with changes presented" for each agreement but do not list the changes or closing dates. The Commission did not record dissent or alternative offers in the minutes. Staff or the City Attorney typically finalizes purchase agreements and closing logistics after City approval.
