At the June 16 meeting the Eau Claire County Board approved several appointments, including members and designees to an Opioid Settlement Task Force and other boards:
Appointees recorded in the minutes include Michelle Markquart (citizen) and designees: Janiece Ruhling (Neighborhood Services Manager, City of Eau Claire designee), Angie Stokes (Deputy Director of DHS designee), a pending CJCC Coordinator appointment (to be filled and presented to the board later), Lieske Giese (Health Department Director, health department designee), and Sheriff Dave Riewestahl (Sheriff’s Office designee). The board also appointed Gary Eslinger to the Board of Land Use Appeals, Robin Leary to the County Housing Authority, Kurt Carlson to PACE, and Nick Smiar to Woodland Enhanced.
The appointments were moved by Supervisor Brett Geboy, seconded by Supervisor Philip Swanhorst, and approved unanimously via roll call vote. The meeting adjourned at 8:04 p.m.; the minutes were submitted by County Clerk Sue McDonald.
