- Public arts commission change: Council amended the recommendation to approve five rotating sculptures (rather than ten) and directed staff to work with neighborhood associations to pick locations; the council approved the item as amended.
- Sidewalk builder licenses and other administrative approvals: The council approved sidewalk builder licenses and advanced several ordinances from first reading to second and final reading after suspending rules to take them up by single roll call.
- Motions to refer or table items: The council referred a procurement threshold ordinance back to staff for statutory language, and tabled certain personnel-related items for further process where appropriate.
