Council members asked staff to obtain additional information, including an estimate from DMU for the required lift-station installation, cost estimates for potential sewer installation, details about the Fineran addition, and confirmation whether the property lies within the city's Urban Renewal area. On a motion by Councilmember Zupp-Smith, seconded by Peterson, the council tabled the TIF request until that information is provided.
No TIF award or commitment was made at the July 7 meeting; council directed staff to return with the requested technical and boundary information for further consideration.
