The Denison City Council approved an Option and Land Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PSC, LLC on July 7, but the action was contingent on approval of a final site plan.
City staff attorney and City Manager Garcia told the council the proposed amendment had been approved by legal counsel but recommended final action wait until the site plan is complete. "She did not recommend approval until the site plan is complete," Garcia said. On a motion by Councilmember Zupp-Smith, seconded by Peterson, the council approved the lease contingent on site-plan approval.
Council recorded the contingent approval; final execution and any site-specific conditions will depend on forthcoming site-plan review and approval.
