Carly Boziger, the city's senior planner in Development Services, briefed the SEPHCP Coordinating Committee on application #5 for WTG Bear Transmission, an 8.83-acre site between Wiseman Boulevard and State Highway 151 in San Antonio. Boziger said staff found 0 acres of golden-cheeked warbler habitat on the property and recommended approval.
After a brief period for questions and no committee objections, Committee member McGlamory moved to approve the enrollment and a second was recorded. The committee conducted a roll call; McGlamory, Semper, Jordan and Chair Sparrow voted in favor and the motion passed.
Boziger said the project lies within Carzone 1 and listed the participation and administration fees. She also noted the applicant had paid the $2,500 application fee and would be required to pay the full mitigation fee prior to enrollment.
The committee recorded the approval and moved on to the Lennar Homes item.
The committee did not request additional study or conditions for this enrollment; staff had indicated the biologist was available to answer questions and none were raised before the vote.
