Council appoints Diana Mundus as interim city recorder after brief correction to effective year

The motion was made and seconded and the council approved the appointment by voice vote. Council discussion indicated the appointment is intended to allow legally required records and signatures to be handled while the mayor and staff determine the long-term configuration of the recorder position.
