The Ravenswood Common Council on June 16 authorized multiple project drawdowns and payments tied to waterfront, marina and water/wastewater work.
Council recorded approval of the first contractor drawdown for Waterfront EEGF projects: Start to Finish (Welcome Center) for $118,350. Council also approved Draw 10 payments related to campsites and boat slips — AMPECO for $23,150 and Newell & Associates for $380 — on a motion by Amanda Slaven, seconded by Jeff Koon; the minutes record the motion as approved ('All Approved').
Separately, the council approved Draw 10 for Water/Wastewater Phase 2B, including acceptance of a temporary construction easement and a permanent sewer easement; Jeff Koon moved to approve and Eric Cullen seconded. Recorded minutes show the motion carried.
Staff reported that the Sand Creek boat ramp and adjacent docks are complete and have been extended; future work will move to an Ohio River kayak launch and boat docks. The city's web staff noted the boat launch extension remains pending testing by the fire department.
The minutes record these actions as approved by the council; they do not list individual roll-call tallies.
