Council adopts ordinance lowering garage-floor elevation on Gulf Boulevard parcels

Council moved, seconded and called the roll. All present members voted in favor and Trask announced the ordinance passed unanimously. The ordinance becomes part of the Belleair Beach code and will take effect as provided in the ordinance text.
City staff indicated the change adjusts allowed garage-floor elevation for certain parcels and will be reflected in the city's zoning and permitting review going forward; any property owners or developers subject to the code change will follow standard permitting and site-review procedures.
