Hubbard Planning Commission swears in Mark Young, keeps Glenn as chair and names Phil vice chair

During the ceremony Mark Young repeated the oath for planning commissioners: "That I will faithfully perform the duties of planning commissioner ... and support the constitution and laws of the United States and of the state of Oregon. So help me God." Commissioners welcomed Young back to the body.
In routine reorganization business, Commissioner (speaker Glenn) was nominated to serve as chair and accepted the nomination; the commission carried the nomination by voice vote. Glenn then nominated Phil for vice chair; Phil accepted and the commission approved the appointment by voice vote.
The commission also approved the minutes of the Dec. 10, 2025 meeting by motion and voice vote. With no additional business, members adjourned approximately five minutes early.
