Commissioners discussed the idea of creating a dog park at Woodland Pond but flagged insurance and liability as barriers that would need resolution before moving forward. Members also discussed reuse or improvement of an old athletic field and noted HASB has expressed potential interest in renovating that space.
Next steps: staff will contact the cleaning contractor to address the bleacher issue, schedule fencing work based on existing quotes, and research liability and insurance requirements for any dog‑park proposal.
