Mesilla approves two property permits: pergola and residential addition

The board voted 4–0 in favor.
PNZ Case 062112: Staff presented an application for an addition at 415 Basin Drive submitted on behalf of Anita Wells (owner listed in records). Staff noted site plans and signatures were provided and discussed that the proposed addition is consistent in color and design with the existing structure. Commissioners also discussed the neighborhood’s subdivision history and whether lots were nonconforming; staff said some parcels were processed historically through the county. The board voted 4–0 to approve the addition.
