At its Feb. 18 meeting, the Boulder City Council approved minutes from the Jan. 21 meeting and adopted the agenda as presented. The council approved the consent agenda, which included routine department reports and financial reconciliations.
Mayor Russell Giulio appointed Neal Meier to the Planning Board; the minutes note there were currently no vacancies. Council authorized payment of checks #18003–#18035 in the amount of $99,748.65 and ACH checks #99635–#99643 in the amount of $20,785.70, for a total of $120,534.35; the motion carried with three aye votes.
All routine motions in these items were approved without recorded dissent.
