Stephen Chase moved to approve the April 21 meeting minutes; Jacob Stenger seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board later accepted the CEO monthly report on a Chase motion, seconded by Stenger, also passed unanimously. Chair Ed Price proposed the next meeting date of May 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to avoid Memorial Day conflicts and the date was recorded.
In other business, Chase proposed that applicants required to obtain Land Use Authorization send notice ahead of public hearings so the board would not need to require hearings itself; the board discussed the suggestion but did not formalize a new requirement at the April 21 meeting. The meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m. on a motion by Chase, seconded by Greg Hatch.
