Jim Seymour of Sebago Technics and David Hart of Fish Street Design presented the proposed expansion, saying the project would increase the building’s usable space to allow for more use. Board members asked no substantive questions during the presentation.
Stephen Chase moved to accept the application as complete; Jacob Stenger seconded. Chase then moved to approve the application and Ed Price seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The board did not attach special conditions in the April 21 vote.
