The board formally appointed Carolyn Ringle, Amy Collins, Mike Savage and Rob Andrews and accepted a volunteer (the board member who had shepherded the charge) to lead the group. The appointments were moved and approved by the selectmen.
Members said the committee’s recommendations will be nonbinding; any suggestions that are easily implemented could be adopted quickly, while more complex proposals would be developed with a measured plan and may require follow‑up steps by town staff or future votes.
The board also directed staff to handle individual personnel‑related suggestions outside public documents when appropriate and to ensure applicants receive timely communication about decisions.
