Council highlights Halloween Bash, library usage and Mount Olive health accreditation

Galate also said the Mount Arlington Public Library has more than 3,000 patrons and thanked Library Director Tina Mayer for programming work.
Councilman Cangiano said the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority discussed PFAS and a potential five‑year plan for a regional plant. Councilman Fuller noted that CERT completed its Standardized Operating Guide and praised the Recreation Commission's organization of the Summer Concert Series.
