On Briarwood Drive (718 Briarwood), staff explained that pipe was installed on private property before annexation and needs replacement. The property owner offered an easement for $2,500; staff said replacing the pipe without buying the easement would cost roughly $5,000 through Coast Electric, so the board approved purchasing the easement for $2,500.
Both motions carried by voice vote. Staff said the Klondike repair will be scheduled according to the city's prioritized list of street repairs.
