1st Parish Road pump station: Staff recommended the low bidder for the pump-station replacement at 1st Parish Road; after confirming bids and references, the board awarded the contract for $1,000,497.
Arborway Drive water main: The board authorized engineering and design services to support a future water-line realignment tied to the planned new water-tank/pump-station connection on Arborway Drive.
On-call electrical contract: Facilities staff asked the board to remove the $175,000 not-to-exceed cap on the town's on-call electrical contract because large remediation work at the Mordecai Lincoln property could push the contractor over that threshold. The board moved and approved an amendment to eliminate the not-to-exceed limit and allow the contractor to be paid at the unit prices in the bid while subject to procurement rules.
